RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns under the conditions below.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Include original tags and packaging

Any items returned in non-returnable condition may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items damaged after delivery

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate an exchange based on available inventory.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
